Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026.

The service

Integral hosts static prototypes you upload and records anonymous usability-test sessions against them. It is operated by a single developer and sold as-is, without uptime or support guarantees beyond reasonable effort.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us only the license needed to host it and serve it to the testers you share links with. You are responsible for having the rights to everything in your artifacts and for your tests complying with the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Uploaded artifacts are served to anonymous visitors, so this is strict: no phishing or credential harvesting, no impersonation of other products or brands, no malware, no illegal content, no using hosted pages as general web hosting. Tests may be removed and accounts terminated without notice for violations. Every hosted test carries a report link; reports are reviewed manually.

Plans and billing

Free-tier limits (live tests, monthly responses, retention, link expiry) are enforced automatically and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data

Recorded sessions belong to the account that created the test, subject to the privacy policy. Recordings are deleted automatically per plan retention. Deleting your account deletes everything, immediately and irreversibly.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
